Terms & Conditions

1.) All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds after the product has been downloaded. If there is a problem we will resolve them on a case by case basis.

2.) You must verify you have the correct item before purchasing and that it is compatible with your system and software. Mods To Go will not be responsible for any incorrect purchase made.

3.) Mods To Go will not be responsible for any damages caused by the use of any mod purchased from our store from improper use. If there are any bugs in the mods we will provide a solution once verified.

4.) No part of any mod purchased from this store may be redistributed, sold or provided for free.  Each mod must be purchased from Modstogo.com only.

5.) All orders will be verified for accuracy to help against fraud. This may delay your download by up to 48 hours. You will be asked to verify some transaction information to complete the order.

6.) We reserve the right to refuse service and/or sell anything to anyone for any reason. If you act inappropriate and can't follow procedures during the very brief verification process, your order will be refunded and you will no longer be able to purchase here again.

7.) If you do a chargeback or dispute on your credit card without just cause or without accepting reasonable resolution, you will be banned for purchasing any mods or service from us in the future.

8.) At no time does Mods To Go guarantee support for mods or themes. We do not support any issues that arise from other mods, self modification or server issues. If you chose not to get professional installation it will be limited support and only related to the product itself to get it to a working condition.

9.) If you are in need of any installation for mods, please note that the time for installation may be a mininum of 72 hours depending on the mod(s) you purchase. We do not take requests for exact times to do installations.

These terms can be changed and modified at any time and purchase of any products verifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
